Booking information on
your Bergland holidays

The prices are in Euro per person/night incl. the Bergland included services.

Additional fee for single room: € 10,00 per day
Fee for single occupancy of double room: € 30,00 per day
Visitor’s tax: € 2,00 per day/person (15 years+)
Children’s discount: only valid in the room with two full-paying adults
Price reduction for overnight stay and breakfast: € 12,00 per person/day

Breakfast and dinner menu are included in our half-board. In the evening we reserve a table especially for you. Please, dine in casual elegant outfit.
If you arrive after 08.00 pm, we cannot serve dinner for you anymore. If you would like to leave before breakfast, you can order a lunch package until midday on the day before your departure.

As our team enjoys its day off on Mondays, we dedicate ourselves personally to fulfilling your wishes. In the evening we pamper you with homemade delicacies from the buffet.
We ask for your understanding, that on Mondays there will be no room cleaning service.

Pets are not allowed at Hotel Bergland.

Your room is ready for you at 03.00 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to clear your room on departure day until 10.00 am. If you arrive after 06.00 pm, please inform us. If you arrive after 08.00 pm, we cannot offer dinner anymore. If you would like to leave before breakfast, you can order a lunch package until midday on the day before your departure.
 

With the payment of the deposit of € 200,00 per room, your reservation is confirmed. Please transfer the payment to the following bank account:

Summer 2022:
Changes of date and cancellations of your summer holidays 2022 are free of charge until one week prior to arrival in case of Covid.(valid until further notice).

All other cases of cancellation:

If a holiday has to be cancelled, that causes a lot of discomfort. For us and for you. Please keep in mind, that for short-term cancellations, late arrival or early departure, we charge 70 % of the total booking price. To prevent unnecessary costs, we recommend to carry out a travel insurance. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply in the last valid version. Place of performance for all services is Austria, place of jurisdiction: Imst. Austrian Law is applied.
