Our senior chef „Loisl“ lets his creativity in the kitchen unfold just for you. Down-to-earth tirolean specialities and culinary pleasures from the national and international kitchen are prepared with loving care. 'Kasknödel' (cheese dumplings), 'Schlutzfkrapfen' (home made ravioli), Pitztaler Kaiserschmarrn (a sweet omelette) and 'Tiroler Gröstl' (made with fried potato with an egg on top) – plain fare which should be tried by every holiday guest! Gluten free meals on request.
